Our Jackfruit Seeds come from ripe, locally-grown chakka, carefully separated, sun-cured the traditional way, and gently roasted until they develop a buttery softness and a chestnut-like bite. Naturally rich in fibre, protein, and minerals, they bring an earthy, nutty depth to thorans, mezhukkupuratti, erissery, and aviyal — and make a wholesome, guilt-free nibble all on their own.
