Our Jackfruit Chips are hand-sliced from raw, tender chakka — never too young, never too ripe — and fried slow and steady in pure coconut oil, the way Kerala has been making them for generations. We don't rush the process, because the secret is in the slow fry: it's what turns each chip translucently gold, glassy at the edges, and impossibly crunchy through and through. A light dusting of salt is all the seasoning they need — the coconut oil, the jackfruit, and the time do the rest. No artificial flavours, no preservatives, no shortcuts.
