Our Long Beans (achinga payar) come from trusted farms across Kerala's lush interiors, where the soil and the sun do most of the work. We hand-pick them at the crispest stage of growth — slim, tender, and a deep emerald green — wash them gently, cut them to the perfect length for stir-fries, blanch them for just the right number of seconds, and freeze them within hours.
