Detects harmful microorganisms like TPC, Salmonella, E. coli, and Coliforms, Yeast and mould as well as spoilage organisms
Chemical testing
Screens for pesticide residues, heavy metals, allergens, and other contaminants, and verifies nutritional labels accurately and consistently.
Physical testing
Analyzes texture, color, viscosity, and particle size to ensure quality and consistency, and checks for foreign objects like glass or metal.

Quality Assurance And Compliance

Sensory evaluation
A panel of trained individuals assesses taste, aroma, texture, and appearance to evaluate a product's organoleptic properties
Nutritional analysis
Verifies the amount of macronutrients (proteins, fats, carbohydrates) and micronutrients (vitamins, minerals) to ensure labelling.
Allergen testing
This is the space to introduce the Product section and showcase the types of products available.
Shelf-life testing
Determines how long a product remains safe and retains desired characteristics by monitoring changes over time.
Packaging testing
Assesses the packaging's integrity and its ability to protect the product, including checking for chemical migration from the packaging into the food.
Adulteration testing
Checks for intentional misuse of ingredients or the addition of cheaper substitutes to guarantee the product's authenticity
