Sensory evaluation

A panel of trained individuals assesses taste, aroma, texture, and appearance to evaluate a product's organoleptic properties

Nutritional analysis

Verifies the amount of macronutrients (proteins, fats, carbohydrates) and micronutrients (vitamins, minerals) to ensure labelling.

Allergen testing

This is the space to introduce the Product section and showcase the types of products available.

Shelf-life testing

Determines how long a product remains safe and retains desired characteristics by monitoring changes over time.

Packaging testing

Assesses the packaging's integrity and its ability to protect the product, including checking for chemical migration from the packaging into the food.

Adulteration testing

Checks for intentional misuse of ingredients or the addition of cheaper substitutes to guarantee the product's authenticity

Regulatory and process standards

  • Standardized protocols: Testing follows globally recognized standards and regulations from organizations like AOAC, ISO, FDA,SFDA and FSSAI.

  • HACCP: The Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system is used to monitor critical points in the production process to control hazards and ensure safety.

  • Process control: Testing is implemented at various stages, from raw materials to finished products, and is integrated into the overall food safety management system to maintain consistency and safety.
