Koottu Curry holds a special place in Kerala’s festive cuisine — a dish that beautifully balances spice, texture, and aroma. At Royal Delicacy, we prepare this delicacy using soaked and cooked black chickpeas (kadala), soft yam cubes, and a blend of roasted coconut, black pepper, and curry leaves. Every batch is slow-cooked in pure coconut oil, bringing out the signature smoky flavour Kerala homes are known for. Once cooked, it’s flash-frozen to lock in freshness and authenticity, ready to be enjoyed anywhere in the world.
