Uzhunnuvada, known as Medu Vada across South India, is a timeless comfort food — crisp on the outside and soft inside. At Royal Delicacy, we craft each vada with freshly ground urad dal, ginger, and curry leaves, then deep-fry it to a golden crisp. It’s paired with our signature coconut chutney made from freshly grated coconuts, green chillies, and a dash of roasted dal. Both components are frozen immediately after preparation to lock in freshness and authentic flavour.
